Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days for food delivery, unless you give us specific instructions to deliver on a certain date. Non-perishable items are delivered within 2-5 business days after shipping. If you have any questions please email email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist you.

If there are any issues with your order, please contact our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, a brief description and any relevant photos of your question or concern.
All purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months of the Apprenticeship Courses or a la carte purchases, regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content. Milk + Seed maintains the right to refuse a refund at any time or provide the option to take Milk + Seed store credit to be used on future purchases.
There may be occasional glitches with the Teachable application or the website may experience downtime. Milk + Seed will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible and report any bugs with the app to Teachable. No refunds will be provided from temporary access issues with the app or downtime with the site.
